I am not usually a whiner but i am very pissed by the absolute short coming.
I was prepared to tip the young lady for her care but instead i chose to leave the store embarassed in front of a crowd on line.
F+ today and am so very sad to say so as a regular customer. I was given a UPS shipping box to return Verizon's Fios equiptment. The young lady at the counter turned me around to go home and package the equiptment myself as the shipping box was quoted ss "not being a UPS product and (she) was not familiar with the box folding.We only deal with Comcast". Albeit there was professional instructions included as I was told by Verizon that any UPS store will take care of shipping the return.
this is about UIPS general,
the biggest scam o n earth, They loosing shipment and no one is there to help you, They rude incompetent and non professional, by losing shipment they refuse to take responsibility. It is the most worst company ever , If you have any other choice then please deal with other shipping Company then UPS
