Terrible customer service Not only were they not interested in solving my problem they were borderline hostile about it . Big difference when you are coming in to buy something than when you need help with a problem

Bought a new iPhone 7 at this store , iPhone would not hold bluetooth to my car nor would it bluetooth to both of my Apple computers , got another same issue which to me rendered this phone useless . The women that I dealt with I assume was a manager told me there must be something wrong with my computers and I should take my car in to have this issue checked . She also blue toothed the phone to a cheap speaker in the store and said look no problem ........that cheap speaker was not MY car or computers so why would that matter to me . Then this manager told me that just because I don't like the phones I can't keep trading them , never once did I say I didn't like the phones , they simply did not work properly . Having lost faith in Apple iPhones after having many other models that worked fine , I decided to switch to Samsung galaxy . At that point this woman told me there would be restocking fees and I guess whatever else she could charge me . I took the iPhone back home and resolved on the phone with customer service . Do not do business with this store , if you have to drive 50 miles to another store it will be worth it .

Rep didn't attempt to find out the problem with a wireless charging issue. Then wanted to upgrade iPhone and was told the screen had crack in it, when in fact it was a finger print mark that wiped off easily.
